Welmica Laminates’ manufacturing facilities are state-of-the-art, highly integrated, and strategically positioned across India to efficiently serve domestic and international markets. Our advanced units for High-Pressure Laminates (HPL) boast a combined annual production capacity of 47 million square meters, ensuring consistent supply for diverse project requirements.
Our lamination infrastructure is capable of producing pre-laminated chipboard in sizes ranging from 8×4 ft to 10×4 ft, and MDF boards in sizes from 2.5×6 ft up to 9×6 ft. Committed to operational economy and customer convenience, we have set up pre-lamination lines in the northern, western, and southern regions of India, enabling faster and more efficient dispatches to clients.
Aligned with our integrated manufacturing philosophy, Welmica has invested in an in-house printing facility to offer customized design solutions. Additionally, our plate polishing and cleaning setup ensures a uniform and premium surface finish on stainless steel moulds. We are proud to be Asia’s only HPL manufacturer with a chroming and de-chroming facility, allowing the maintenance of chromed SS moulds and the production of high-gloss, non-directional plates. Further strengthening our self-reliant capabilities, we also manufacture our own formaldehyde and resins.
