The following terms and conditions will be applicable if the product is to be repaired, replaced or in any event of any defect in the product.

  • The warranty stated above is specifically extended only to manufacturing defects or due to compromise in quality of material and the work done.
  • Any repair or replacement will be carried out by the authorized company agents only.
  • The repair and replacement will be restricted to the damaged part only.
  • The company has no policy to refund the price but the defect will be looked after if it falls under the warranty.
  • No other furniture or product apart from the company's product will be repaired, replaced, or be covered in charges.
  • The final judgment, assessment, and cause of the defect lie on the company and the personal of the company.

The warranty will be applicable only if

  • The original bill of the purchase is retained and produced at the time of repairs.
  • Proper care and maintenance of the product have been taken with no instances of mishandling, according to the catalogue presented at the time of purchase.
  • No other company, personal or local dealer has tried to mend the product apart from the authorized person from our company.

  1. What about the damages not covered in the warranty? 

These damages will be catered to at an affordable rate along with additional shipping charges.

2. Will the warranty be applicable if there has been an accident or an attack by rodents?

 No. These occurrences do not fall under the warranty. 

3. If damages have occurred during installation, will they fall under the warranty?

Yes, only if the product is installed by an authorized dealer.

4. How does the customer know the guidelines of care and maintenance? 

 An instruction catalogue will be presented along with the product which will clearly define all the guidelines for the proper usage of the product.
